TOMASZ ZORAWSKI

Tomasz Zorawski is the founder and managing partner of Zuraw Ventures, LP, a family office focusing on early stage investments in financial technology, media, big data and healthcare.

A retired Corporate M&A and Private Equity Partner of Linklaters LLP, the leading multinational law firm, Zorawski joined Linklaters in 2003 and held a number of senior leadership positions including Head of Central and East European Private Equity Group and Head of the Warsaw Corporate Practice. He is a specialist with 20+ years of experience in European and CEE private equity and corporate work and has been advising global and pan-European institutional investors on cross-border private equity-backed M&A and capital market transactions in the CEE region, including privatisations and dual listings in Warsaw and the London Stock Exchange. He is a director of Intervest LP, a trustee of the Webber Warsaw Gallery and a member of several boards including the Columbia University Global Center (Europe) and the Social Sciences Research Council.

Zorawski holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Williams College and a J.D. from Columbia Law School. Zorawski has two children and Pina, a Jack Russell Terrier, and currently splits his time between Barcelona, Spain and Warsaw, Poland.
